This Tattoo Pass is valid for designs that have already been created and with the purchase of the Pass you have permission from your tattoo artist to have the design engraved. For detailed pictures you can ask me after purchasing the Tattoo Pass.
This Tattoo Pass is only for the person who wants to get the tattoo.
