Shipping charges

Free shipping is available from a value of 250€.
For purchases under 250€ the following shipping costs apply:

Germany:

  • until A4 prints: 3,95€

  • until 50x70cm (19,7x27,6 inch): 8,51€

Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Austria, Ireland, France, Spain, Greece, Italy:

  • until A4 prints: 8,99€

  • until 50x70cm (19,7x27,6 inch): 21,61€

Great Britain, Norway, Switzerland, Russia, Canada, United States of America, Brazil, Israel, China, Japan, Australia:

  • until A4 prints: 15,99 €

  • until 50x70cm (19,7x27,6 inch): 49,98 €

All linoprints are shipped insured and with tracking.
If you can't find your country but would like to order, please contact me and I'll see what I can do.

Shipping times

  • Orders are usually sent out within 5-10 business days.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.

  • Other delivery times are for commissioned work, pre-orders and gift cards. Also during the holidays seasons in Germany.

Packaging

  • All prints are securely packed. Linoleum prints up to DIN A4 are sent flat in a shipping bag. Linoleum prints up to 50x70cm (19,7x27,6 inch) are securely rolled in a shipping-only roll, which is securely packed in a shipping box for long distance shipping.

  • The packaging can be reused.

Good to know

  • All shipments are insured and trackable.

  • All prints are shipped insured and with a tracking number.

  • Additional import taxes may apply to lino prints shipped outside the European Union. Such charges will be borne by the buyer and will be calculated based on the full monetary value of each imported item.

Return of Linoprints

  • Within 14 days of delivery, unused and undamaged items can be returned, provided the returned item is in the same condition as it was sent.

  • I accept returns with a full refund of the purchase price of the lino print if you are not satisfied with your order.

  • If you decide to return an item, please let me know your decision within 14 calendar days of receiving the item by contacting me. I will then provide you with further information on how to return the item.

  • To be able to return an item, please keep the original packaging.

  • Please note that all return (shipping) charges are the responsibility of the buyer. You will only be reimbursed for the cost of the returned item once it has been returned.

  • Commissioned items, custom orders, Tattoo Pass, gift cards and downloaded products cannot be returned.

Receiving a refund

  • Once the returned items have been received and checked, I will transfer the refund to the same payment account that was used during checkout.

  • If the linoprint has been used or damaged by the customer, this will be reflected in the amount to be refunded.

Payments

  • All payments and account details are processed in a secure environment and in accordance with European Union E-Commerce laws.

  • To secure your order, payment is collected at the moment you place your order. place your order.

  • You can choose from the following payment options for a secure checkout:

    –> Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express)

    –> Apple Pay

    –> Google Pay

  • The Burrow Prints is recognised as a small business according to §19 UStG and therefore does not have to charge sales tax (VAT). Only customs duties, which emanate from some countries, must be paid.

  • Please note that orders shipped outside the European Union will incur additional customs duties, these import costs will be paid by the buyer.

Cancelling an order

  • Please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that a free cancellation will be possible, but I will do my best.

Damaged or lost Linoprints

  • Each order is shipped with a tracking number, I will send this to you as soon as the order is shipped. In case of a lost package, please contact me within 4 weeks from the date of dispatch. I will ask the courier provider to check the case.

  • The linoprints are shipped securely packaged, but in the unlikely event that a print arrives damaged, don't worry, I will take care of it. Please contact me and I will help you either get a new print or your money back.

  • Please take and keep some pictures of the packaging and damaged print and send them to me to enable a refund.

  

Information about linoprints

Each of my linoprints is handmade from design to carving to printing, so no two prints are the same. Each of the prints has a number of unique features, with details and colours varying minimally from print to print. This adds to the charm and beauty of the original linoleum print.

Each of my prints is carefully inspected and only the best prints are included in my shop. The lino prints are described in detail and the details are photographed as accurately as possible. However, some colours may still look different from monitor to monitor than the original in reality due to monitor calibration.

 
Protecting handmade prints

If you want to ensure that your print stays in the best condition for as long as possible, I recommend framing the print so that it is more protected from environmental conditions.

The print should be stored in a dry room at room temperature (rooms with high humidity are poison for the print). In addition, the print should be protected from direct sunlight and avoid contact with acidic materials.

If you want to store the print protected, wrap the print in acid-free paper and place it in a place protected from light.
